Jupiter Group entered into a joint venture with DAKO by the name JWL Dako-CZ India Limited. As a part of this arrangement, Jupiter and Dako collaborate in the areas of design to manufacture brake systems for high speed coaches, Metro Coaches Freight wagons.

Dako’s established product portfolio comprises brake systems and components for freight and passenger vehicles, suburban units, locomotives, metro cars and trams. Dako’s devices for pneumatic brake systems comprising distributor valves, complementary valves, mechanical and electrical brake valves, brake cylinders and disc brake units, among others, comply extensively with demanding international standards and UIC regulations. Dako’s proprietary R&D team and modern-day testing laboratory empowers the joint venture to respond rapidly and flexibly to current and future customer requirements.

Jupiter Wagons Ltd. and KOVIS D.O.O of Slovania have stabilised a Joint Venture company in the name of JWL KOVIS India Pvt. Ltd.

The company manufactures brake disc for LHB Coaches and other rolling stocks. Additionally, the company manufactures axle box and gear box for railway applications to cater to both India and Export markets. The manufacturing unit is situated in Jabalpur.

Jupiter Wagons Ltd. and Talleres Alegria s.a. of Spain have stablished a Joint Venture company in the name of JWL Talegria India Pvt. Ltd.

The company manufactures Flash Butt Welded CMS Crossing for Indian Railway Tracks. Also it is able to Export to European Countries. The manufacturing unit is in Bandel, West Bengal.
